second post for the day.
time now is approximately 0116hours +8GMT.
i just feel a strong need to pen this down.
in case i forget in the future.
this will serve as a reminder to me.
the disappointment i felt yesterday.
for not being able to get into my first choice.
i never ever want to experience that again.
it is akin to being thrown into the depths of hell.
so i lay on my bed thinking.
why wasnt i accepted to NP?
i didnt make the cut.
the answer is as simple as that.
why? oh why?
i still remember the exact words my father told me
on the day i first got promoted to upper secondary.
"you choose the course, dont let the course choose you."
i promised him i'd remember those words.
but has that piece of advice fallen on deaf ears?
because now,
it seems like the course is choosing me.
instead of vice versa.
humans are funny creatures.
we never really take to advice.
that is, until we experience downfalls.
well, at least i'm still on the mass comm route.
so things arent really as bleak as i picture it to be.
hence, as of today,
i have decided to study hard
and perform well in my chosen discipline.
i never ever want to feel that
immense feeling of regret swarm over me again.
