aww man.
for all the big fuss i've made about cutting my hair.
i might not be able to make a decision bfr CNY. :(
the nearest good hair salon would be Twister by Monsoon.
i dont mind going there,
but the problem lies with me!
cos i havent been able to make up my mind
on which hairstyle to choose.
and you girls out there know how it sucks,
to have a horrible hairstyle on CNY.

oh wells,
woke up considerably early today.
not as early as eun. XP
but it's early if u take in account wht time i slpt.
so, the delivery man for the new computer table came.
it is HUGEEEEEEEE.
much larger than the current one.
and the best part about it?
it's glass top.^^
what a classic timeless piece!

okay i might be going to the library ltr.
got a few stuff to purchase.
plus i wna see if my book has arrived.
i'm seriously considering to reserve the books.
cos it feels horrible to be left on a cliff hanger,
not knowing what's gna happen in the next book.
but i dont have a cash card!
so i cant pay when my books arrive.
the library doesnt accept cash either.
what a bummer.
maybe i'll borrow one of my dad's spare cards.

ohhh! and maybe i'll stop by the comics store.
to check out if there's any nice oneshot mangas.
i loveeeeee oneshots.
cos u dont have to wait for the next book to be published.
like in ongoing mangas.
as mentioned in my prev para.
i hate cliff hangers.
but that'll depend on how generous i am with money today.
HEY! the economy is bad okay.
must scrimp and save. XP
i know, that totally doesnt sound like me.
but i can change!

right. now for serious matters.
i was reading the newspaper Urban today.
and it suddenly dawned upon me,
that my English standard is leagues apart from those journalists.
it might seem a tad unrealistic for a soon-to-be 17 year old,
to have standards that are on par with a 30+ adult.
but i couldnt even spot any slight similiarities in our writings.
could this be attributed to different writing styles?

once, there was a teacher who commented that i would be
most suited for a career in journalism.
and i reiterate, that my passion for mass comm
still remains as steadfast since young.
but of course,
in many cases around the world.
passion alone is not enough to pursue one's dreams.
so here i am,
thinking what have i gotten myself into
by placing mass comm as my first choice.
am i going to struggle my way through the 3 years?
that's not how i first pictured myself to be.

but what's done is done.
no use crying over spilt milk.
i can only look forward into the future.
what can i do to improve my English language?

SANDY.
